Much of Pastor Troy Vaughn’s work exists not within a single organization or institution, but within the collaborative spaces between them.

Through decades of coalition-building, systems convening, public-sector partnership, and community-rooted leadership, Vaughn has contributed to an expansive network of relationships connecting universities, healthcare systems, county agencies, behavioral health initiatives, justice reform efforts, housing organizations, workforce development programs, faith-based institutions, and nonprofit collaboratives throughout Los Angeles County and beyond.

As Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Los Angeles Regional Reentry Partnership (LARRP), his work has intersected with a network involving hundreds of organizations, advocates, agencies, educational institutions, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders working collectively to strengthen reentry systems, behavioral health coordination, homelessness response, and long-term community reintegration.

Alongside this coalition work, Vaughn has regularly contributed to educational environments through guest lectures, symposiums, workshops, advisory discussions, and collaborative learning engagements with universities, seminaries, leadership cohorts, and interdisciplinary programs focused on social work, public health, behavioral health, criminal justice reform, human development, and community transformation.
